  • This is McCartney' last great vocal performance!

    Listen to this version, then the version from Parkinson, then the Cavern version - his voice had started to go crap by the Cavern...he started sounding older, on here he sounds 20...on the cavern he sounds 40, and nowadays his voice has simply gone!

    Have you seen him lately? I saw him last December and although I must admit that his voice was bad over a longer period (at the time and after his divorce from Heather-I-wanna-kick-her-Mills­) but it is strong again now, like it was here. And he can sing a 3 hours concert without drinking anything to smooth his voice. Show me one 68 year old who can do that.
