There were only 4 original pages of Constitution of the United States of America, at the present it is less than 20 pages. Why is it that a document this size can & has ran the most powerful country in the world but the Dems say that we need a Bill that is over 2,000 pages to run health care? This makes no sense at all.

My point is that The Constitution of the United States of America was written with honesty and it was direct to the point with nothing to hide. Every American could read it and every American was aware of what it would take to run this country.

The Health Care Bill the Democrats are trying to ram down our throats is not direct and to the point and too much can be hidden within 2,000 pages of legal mumbo jumbo that not every American can understand.

I live in California AKA Commiefornia.

I know that the majorty of incumbents will loose their jobs next year. As for California I hate to say it but I have a bad feeling that Sen Barbara Boxxer and Nacey Pelosi will be re-elected again due to the fact California is way too far to the left. I hope I am wrong but then again maybe the Democract Voters in San Fran might be feed up with Pelosi and Boxxer.

There is more that you can do than hope for the best. You can support the opponents for Boxer and Pelosi. Get active with local, regional and national groups. I live in VA & call, fax CA . I also spread the word about Chuck DeVore running against Boxer. By doing this I motivated other Americans to donate to Chuck DeVore who do not live in CA. Who is running against Pelosi? Get active, You are NOT alone!

Considering that Obama is from Chicago...and considering that the Chicago Political Machine has made sure that millions of locals have been taken care of over the years, would it suprise you that people by the drove would show up to welcome their new paycheck provider? There's a HUGE difference between people showing up to witness an inauguration, where sentiments run high with anticipation for the new president and a disenting meeting of hundreds of thousands of regular citizens like this.

Obama's inauguration was in Washington D.C. I'm not sure what Chicago has to do with anything. Are you implying that those who attended Obama's inauguration are somehow not regular citizens?

No, what I'm saying is that a president who has been propelled from being a 1/2 term senator to president didn't do so from just having synergy from his party. It takes a lot to win that office and while certainly many regular citizens were in attendance....so to where the end results of unknown numbers of "get out the vote" organizations like Acorn. President Obama has rock star appeal; no question. The difference with the 9/12 march is that people came out for an IDEA, not an office holder.

it was truly amazing and there was no political affiliations, races, colors, creeds, etc in that crowd of 2 million!! WE WERE ALL AMERICANS and no matter how the media twists and spins it....ALL of us know the truth and can spread the word. Maybe we gave the ones at home the courage to stand up with us.
