Who said we ignore it?? The Old Testament is still the word of God for the time that it was relevant in. The New Testament is the Word of God for all mankind. An example in the Old Testament it was permissible to fornicate with siblings at one point so that the human race could increase. At another point in the Old Testament God then puts an end to it. Therefore the Old Testament being the word of God is only suitable for the times.

They were engaged on 9, but married at least at her 15. For arabs of that time 12-15 years was usual age of marriage for woman.

The book of Revelation are not COMMANDMENTS. i.e the book does not COMMAND its followers to go to war it is just a prophecy of the day of judgement. However there are several verses in the quran that COMMAND its followers to kill nonbelievers... i.e Surah 9:5. Therefore your book has both WAR and VIRGINS.
