I'm the proud owner of a PowerMac G4 from 1999 and I'm thinking about modding it too!

One little question: What kind of paint did you use? And what kind of colour? Totally white and black? Did you sand it before you painted it? (This might be why the paint is 'cracked' a bit ?)

Nice job Babzstar. So many people just *think* about ideas, but the character that it takes to get out try... that's what makes the world a nicer place. Inspirational. I can see if you keep up your creative spirit you'll go far.

BTW - I just found a source for $9 (USD) wifi cards on ebay (from china) that seem to work on the quicksilver natively (under 10.5.6) just fine! Let me know if you're interested and I'll find the link.

It's interesting, I'll give you that. But lose the black stripes and the bolt. Then, give it a high gloss coat and you've got the first Storm-trooper Mac.
