This is fake. I worked for that Ice Sculpting company. Sculptor's name is Roland Hernandez, he owns and operates Carving Ice in Anaheim. The whole thing was just a cheap publicity stunt set up by Roland in hopes of attracting visitors to the Ice attraction. That was an old ice sculpture that they were just about to throw away. If his great acting with his upset reaction didn't already tip you off, here's another hint. They don't work on ice statues outside in the sun
