Great, grisly and hilarious as hell horror comedy hoot of a movie that throws back to the days of gory and sleazy un-PC horror cinema of the 70's and 80's. I like it so far, hot girls and a great mix of gore comedy since Re-Animator or Dead Alive or Toxic Avenger.

You're only 14. Most of this younger generation of teens and people in their 20's judge movies by all of the FX's and visuals rather than judging the story-line, screenplay, dialogue, the actors performance and message behind the film.
Most of today's remake films have the WOW factor and HD FX's, but lack the true meaning of what make a film special.
The younger generation have been spoil by visuals and hype, so they may never know or appreciate true classic films.
The new Star Trek may look good, but its in no way better than the original Star Trek Movies.
Any true Star Trek fan would disagree with you on this one. The Original Star Trek films had a purpose and meaning behind the story-line. The acting was perfectly done according to that time.
I have all Star Trek DVD's and Blu-ray films including the Newer remakes. No remake of a film could ever be better than the original films.

Nightmare on Elm Street remake was adequate, wasn't bad but wasn't great either. And they're planning to remake the 'Child's Play' film. Why can't the film industry bring us new killers? Why do they have to recreate our old favourites like Jason, Freddy, Michael, Leatherface and Chucky? Shouldn't remake good things.

This movie looks like the so bad, it's good type movies. Fun to see with friends at least once and while the CGI looks like absolute crap, it still looks like it'll be a fun ride in 3D. I may check it out. Heck, it's worth it alone for Elisabeth Shue and Christopher Lloyd...maybe, haha.
i'll be honest here. That line "DON'T WORRY! WE GOT BEER OVER HERE!" made me lmao, but the hissing fish thing made me want to cry. It looks like a bad film, but one of those good cheesy summer films that Hollywood used to crank out

The carefree spirit, a prerequisite for anyone making a 3D film about piranhas, is shared by several cast members, including Ving Rhames who does a passable impression of gruff heroism as the deputy sheriff. Opening scene is my favorite part. I recommend watching at kookíca.

You're only 14. Most of this younger generation of teens and people in their 20's judge movies by all of the FX's and visuals rather than judging the story-line, screenplay, dialogue, the actors performance and message behind the film.
Most of today's remake films have the WOW factor and HD FX's, but lack the true meaning of what make a film special.
The younger generation have been spoil by visuals and hype, so they may never know or appreciate true classic films.

Any true Star Trek fan would disagree with you on this one. The Original Star Trek films had a purpose and meaning behind the story-line. The acting was perfectly done according to that time.
I have all Star Trek DVD's and Blu-ray films including the Newer remakes. No remake of a film could ever be better than the original films.
The original films are the classics.

Apart from that I'm sure this film will be crap. The main problem I have with the trailer is right at the end when the piranha stop and roar in the girl's face. Piranha don't do that! They should have eaten her straight away!

@RINGO4LIFE Whilst I thought the Star Trek remake was great, I do see your point. I do want to see the A-Team remake, but they shouldn't have remade V or Karate Kid. Nightmare on Elm Street remake was adequate, wasn't bad but wasn't great either. And they're planning to remake the 'Child's Play' film. Why can't the film industry bring us new killers? Why do they have to recreate our old favourites like Jason, Freddy, Michael, Leatherface and Chucky? Shouldn't remake good things.

This movie looks like the so bad, it's good type movies. Fun to see with friends at least once and while the CGI looks like absolute crap, it still looks like it'll be a fun ride in 3D. I may check it out. Heck, it's worth it alone for Elisabeth Shue and Christopher Lloyd...maybe, haha.
