I have it set to Full life instead of Half, or whatever that option is with the "Full" and "Half". And I record in 60 FPs since that's the best. Not sure what all settings you are asking about, but those are the main ones.

for the sound audio, there is a option in project 64 that syncs your sound. Go to the audio plug-in and you will see the option to sync your audio, see if that helps
