I think Liefeld is a goddamn horrible artist, and it's because of him I stopped reading comics for most of the nineties. But he's a cool guy and I know that without him deadpool wouldn't be what it is today, so for that I thank him.

I am a huge fan of Liefeld. I especially love Deadpool (although now a days who isnt).

I met him at Heroes Con 10 in Charlotte, NC. Very nice guy. While mostly every other artist was charging $20-$40 for drawings, he did for free. I mean the line for him was huge. Yet he still did free drawings I got a drawing and my copy of Prelude to Deadpool Corps #1 signed. I did buy X-Force #1 but when I went back to get it signed the line was too long. Maybe if he comes back next year Ill get it signed

In what way? You're looking at stuff that isn't there. This video was in "recommended for you" section because I watched a deadpool video, so I decided to come on in and comment. That in now way indicates fanaticism and proves that you're digging for reasons for discredit people who dislike Liefeld no matter how asinine your reasons are. I am not building your case, if anything you're helping my theory that Liefeld fans are mindless and irrational. Logic wins this round, now shut up.

u know i hear comic fans bash Rob Liefeld, all i know is that he was only 20 yrs old when he first started, a self-taught artist, and sold millons of copies. Rob is a living comic legend along with Jim Lee. So for those of u who bash Liefeld, fuck off bc U could never even dream of accomplishing what Rob Liefeld has done in his career.

I guess there is no aquiring for taste. I don't think anyone can accomplish what he did. You're right there my friend. No one else on the planet can spew crap on to paper and become a millionaire.People had never seen crap on that level. Sure, it was different, that's because any artist with a brain would have been ashamed to put out the stuff he did. People bought it though! the maracle worked.I guess that is something to be admired. He is a great business man,but a talentless artist
