Hi John, None of the pulse system works without the correct transformers.The key is to basicly introduce a high voltage spike rapidly(eg.)such as that of a taser.Thats the key it does work.
The plates have more area; giving you more Hydrogen.Unless you use more than 5 tubes 15 plates give you much more area and that translates to more Hydrogen. John AArons
johnaarons i think the pulse is to be use like the multi core CUPs. when one core gets hot it turn off and another core starts up. that is how you deal with the heat
john don't take it apart.till you look at every thing.I'm start look at center bolt electric Vortec with Bp force add too.the Stick on its back may also be a charging force, electric charge same as if you rub it.If you try it on its side standing up, the sweet spot sould be top to the bolt but bottom may give off bigger bubles.if not the force of water flow show you.
The plastic is beginning to make me wonder...as crazy as it may seem ... the only problem is that I tried to put another cell above the "WM" and it did not work, and the "WM" worked as if it wasn't there.John AArons
John, is it possible to remove the plastic handle without disrupting the rest of the configuration. Then test the cell. Then you can either ellinate the plastic or realize it as the solution.
just for a test see if the thickness of the plates canbe made closer and more exactly the same destence apart mabe a 2x2x5/16 plate and see if this will make a defrence thanks charles
Couldn't you take an impression (with silicone) at both sides left and right of the plates so that you can position new plates in just the same position as your WM? I can give you instructions if you want. It will work. So you'll know whether success is only due to the position and you'll have an exact copy.

The case is a water filter that you can get at any hardware store; some of the filters are clear and a lot of people are using them instead of the PVC tubes. John AArons

Why don't you use round tube/inside tubes(cylinders)and arrange them in a circular pattern instead of using plates?

One of my tests was with another cell placed on the same plastic above the "WM" ... didn't do any better. John AArons

You are correct, I watched your first video with the WM and it did not use the plastic handle. But was putting out alot of HHO.
