The phrase "Singing is praying twice" is realted to a certain time and certain circumstances, and I think it should not be taken out of its context just to justify our need for entertainment.

If you are praying through song then it is prayer not entertainment. Just because you have preconceived notions about what certain types of music are used for doesn't mean they are bound to that. Besides, any kind of church music can be used for entertainment. It's about the heart.
