I had an employee of blackberry email me and he stated that they rushed this phone to market at the request of AT&T to launch it simultaneously with the storm on the Verizon network. They didnt work the bugs out of it. I am trying to get the return data on this product but it would explain why there is half the marketing budget for it, compared to the storm. I love the blackberry OS but RIM screwed this one up.
wow sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with the bold. I've had my bold for over 2 weeks so far and everything seems to be working normal. this has been one of the best phone I've owned so far. hopefully my bold wont turn into a nightmare like yours has been.

that's why you always let a phone or actulay any profit he out for at least a year. Like iPhone 600$ now it only 99$ and better.
