    Here is my update for Week 3:

    Starting Jan 12: 266.8

    Ending Jan 19: 266.8

    Loss: -0.0 lbs.

    Goal: -3.0 lbs.

    Total loss since Dec 6: -16.4

    Starting weight week 1= 207

    Starting weight week 2= 208.8

    Weigh in week 3= 205.8

    weight loss in week 3= 3lbs!

    I still haven't found the time to work out. But I am still working on my eating habits. I think that is my biggest hurdle right now.

  • Alright, I will not be making a video this week because my scale is broken and we will be buying a new one. I will let you guys know on our final weigh in. The first part of the week my body was going through some stuff so I was stuck in bed. After that I was working out and I don't know if I lost but my body feels good. I feel like I maintained or lost weight. I will give you guys updates soon. Love this challenge it keeps me focused.

    my mini goals again for this week are to lose 2lbs and exercise 3 times a week.
