The only reason Tobi got the new mask with TWO eye holes is because he no longer had an implanted sharingan, but the rinnegan. Madara created Zetsu using Hashirama's and his own cells [black&white; yin&yang] so that he could find a SEPARATE host for his Rinnegan to revive him. Zetsu, using his transformation, pretended as though Nagato had killed Konoha shinobi with the rinnegan even tho it was actually Zetsu clones that pretended to die. While Nagato was unconscious, he implanted the Rinnegan.

Anyway... I think Tobi is still Madara in Obito's body. Why would he cover the left side of his face in the beginning? 5. if u take the name obito and remove the TO u get left with OBI. now put the TO in front of OBI and u get what? TOOBI... or u can overlap the o's and u get TOBI

i think it's obito...if look back at the kakashi Chronicle and you mention how tobi and kakashi can move through space and obito eyes he gave one of his eyes to kakasha and when you look at kakashi's left eye and tobi right eye. so if you about sharingan on which eye does so the left eyes does genjutsu and which means that kakashi never gets hit he moves it in space to cuz a illusion and the right eye does physical attacks so that's why tobi never gets hit.
@Ben650143 If it was Obito, the whole part where Tobi and Minato fight after Tobi releases the Kyubbi from Kushina wouldn't make any sense. Obito would have still been fairly young, not to mention the fact that Tobi was surprised by Minato's space-time jutsus, whereas I'm sure being that Minato was Obito's sensei, he would have had some concept of what his jutsus were. Besides all that, Obito didn't have a bit of evil in him. It would be so out of character that it's just ridiculous.

Which is why he couldn't revive himself just yet- he needed Kurama's and the Hachibi's chakra to do that. The only question I have is... if half of the Kyuubi's chakra is sealed in Minato, wouldn't Madara have to obtain it from both him and Naruto to complete the Juubi? He never even saw Minato seal it, so is it safe to assume the the Moon's Eye Plan will fail, even if Naruto is captured? There's no logical reason that I can find as to how Tobi/Madara would know that Naruto only has half.

Tobi was shocked and felt threatened when Kabuto showed him his real body in the coffin because he wanted to completely revive himself using the Samsara Heavenly Life Technique that Nagato used to revive all that died in Konoha at his own hands. Not only that but **SPOILER ALERT** As it said on the blog.... Zetsu may be the key to Tobi's transportation jutsu. I think zetsu is firsts hokage's wood elemental justu it self.white and black means yin and yang.tobi used white zetsu to recreate part of his body.because i believe that tobi is obito.yes, madara's plan was to become biju host.he used first hokage's yang powers awaken his rinnegan and some reason he died after that.and yes madara is the one who create zetsu by defeating first hokage.but im sure zetsu has nothing to do with tobi's transportation jutsu,

The only reason Tobi got the new mask with TWO eye holes is because he no longer had an implanted sharingan, but the rinnegan. Madara created Zetsu using Hashirama's and his own cells [black&white; yin&yang] so that he could find a SEPARATE host for his Rinnegan to revive him. Zetsu, using his transformation, pretended as though Nagato had killed Konoha shinobi with the rinnegan even tho it was actually Zetsu clones that pretended to die. While Nagato was unconscious, he implanted the Rinnegan.

Anyway... I think Tobi is still Madara in Obito's body. Why would he cover the left side of his face in the beginning? Because it WAS an implanted sharingan, but only his left sharingan was implanted as his right COULD be turned on and off. Zetsu reconstructed Obito. Why would Madara choose Obito? Because it was prior to the Uchiha massacre and there was no suitable Uchiha to use [as he'd need Hashirama's cells and an Uchiha]

Though i like this theory but i debate it because sealing the other Sasuke would mean Naruto sealed part of his evil which its obvious Sasuke is still bat shit evil and crazy. Plus Tobi has been around since the beginning. He fought Narutos dad. It doesn't work now if you saying Sasuke is a portion of Madara evil sealed in a different container and sasuke was never a real person all along then i might be able to role.

so by swapping the sylables of obito you get tobi... i dont think thats something that should be ignored. some of u will say obito would still be a kid when tobi attacked the 4th but ur wrong... it shows kakshi as full grown and in anbu at the time tobi and the 4th faught. and when kakshi tried using his vortex jusu on tobi he immediatly knew what kakshi was doing and told him that jutsu wouldnt work on him. the only thing i cant figure out is obitos motive... but i do know tobi isnt madara

tobi being obito uchiha is the most likely scenerio for many reasons.
1. they have the exact same hair style
2. he only has his right eye (sharinganwise)... obito gave his left eye to kakashi
3. kakashi and tobi use the exact same vortex style justsus with their eyes
4. he seems to know an awful lot about kakashi
5. if u take the name obito and remove the TO u get left with OBI. now put the TO in front of OBI and u get what? TOOBI... or u can overlap the o's and u get TOBI

i think it's obito...if look back at the kakashi Chronicle and you mention how tobi and kakashi can move through space and obito eyes he gave one of his eyes to kakasha and when you look at kakashi's left eye and tobi right eye. so if you about sharingan on which eye does so the left eyes does genjutsu and which means that kakashi never gets hit he moves it in space to cuz a illusion and the right eye does physical attacks so that's why tobi never gets hit.

@Ben650143 If it was Obito, the whole part where Tobi and Minato fight after Tobi releases the Kyubbi from Kushina wouldn't make any sense. Obito would have still been fairly young, not to mention the fact that Tobi was surprised by Minato's space-time jutsus, whereas I'm sure being that Minato was Obito's sensei, he would have had some concept of what his jutsus were. Besides all that, Obito didn't have a bit of evil in him. It would be so out of character that it's just ridiculous.

EMS may apply in a non uchiha body but they wont completely control it.
Kakashi's sharingan is always activate but he cannot always use it and his eye sight getting worse.when Itachi went to konoha with kisame, he fought with kakashi, he praised him for he can use sharingan better than other uchiha but still his body can't handle its power and it could be seen with some chapters.the point is Itachi wont think that Tobi is Madara if he saw some problem in tobi's eye transplant.

Im sorry one naruto has no ability in sealing justu's he never really learned the Uzamaki way since he Has No PArents. As well as madara uchiha only manipulates sasuke to get what he wants and when i say this i mean, sasuke is a pawn in madara little game. I think you are right, but how can Naruto or any other shinobi (besides Rokusenin) seals someone in the past?! I mean Obito's Mangekyo is a dimensional warp not a time warp... but what if that Madara is actually able to go back in time with his Mangekyou or a jutsu combined with it. So what Naruto seals him and in the future he brake free, beacuse lets face it IS SASUKE, so he tries to fuse himself with Sasuke but he can't find him so he travels back but he goes way to far in the past...
