Ya' Some times fight with the parrot, but I think they are schooling fish and I should have at least two together. He still seems always chilled. 55 gallon might be to smal for him. Lost the blue cray.. Two year latwr and he is stil chill and seems to eat but not super fish;. I now have a red swamp cray all seems to be the same
what does that statement prove? blood parrots aren't birds or turtles since they're FISH. They cannot peck their prey to death or snap their prey to death.
think of it this way, their bite is like a hard pinch. and a pinch hurts. so if a parrot fish has a group of parrots on their side then they do many pinches on 1 fish, and if that fish gets a pinch the that's as big as a fraction of it's body by many parrots, i would think the fish would be seriously injured

I also have a Frontosa, mine is young though, but it's also a rather calm fish. I'm starting to think that they're maybe calm like that by nature (?)

don't put to many parrots. i made that mistake. they gained up on all of my fish and killed them

Took the picture in Key west.
Scanned it in and printed it in oversize color and then laminated it at Kinkos.
