  • Did Slater accuse 2 of letting him do the work? Gotta say, it looked like Slater was taking all the heat and 2 just kinda hung around. Good set up for a split.

  • This match took place in the early part of 76'. January of 76'. Dick Slater was the top heel in Georgia in the summer of 75, along with Bob Orton Jr. They were the Georgia tag team champions, managed by Gary Hart.

    Slater turned face in October of 75. He started to feud with Rock Hunter, who was a manager.

    Slater feuded with Abdullah the Butcher and Moondog Mayne in Jan. of 76, which didn't last long.

    Slater turned heel again in June, feuding with Mr. Wrestling 2 and Thunderbolt Patterson.
