i have battlefield vietnam but i also played battlefield 1942. 1942 is good, too. But when i play singleplayer, its really laggy at a point and then it stops but i guess its takes a while for it to stop being so laggy. However, when i play multiplayer, there isn't so much lag but get this, I am pretty good in 1942 (even though my videos don't show it but i'm making a new one of me getting almost 30 kills, lol) but in vietnam, everyone kicks my ass, can you help?
@GuyNamedThat Well, the weapons in Vietnam are slightly different. For example, the engineer (2 choices) always has the semi automatic rifle, the wrench, pistol, knife, and the other stuff depends on which one u choose. While the engineer in Vietnam has more weapons, and the rifle is semi auto, it is less powerful than the manual in 1942. So you have to play around a little bit and decide which person in which section is best for u. Which person do you play best with in 1942?
@GuyNamedThat My guess is that you would do best with the ones in the menu farthest to the left. There should be something like M16 or CAR15 for the main weapon. I also find that it helps to strafe left and right and jump, they'll keep firing at u until they have to reload, and when they are reloading you can shoot them or if you're close enough use the knife to save ammo ;)
@wabashofutah Also, for example, when I encounter enemies, they kick my ass and I know the enginner for example in Vietnam has a submachine gun. So, when I see a enemy and try to kill the guy in Vietnam, they win and i die.
thanks! Yeah you can use the wrench on any of the battlefield games I believe, it takes longer to repair the larger vehicles like ships and tanks and is really quick with small things like Jeeps.

@wabashofutah Yes, thats what I do in 1942, you may not know this but in Battlefield games, aiming for the head, the guy takes more damage.
