  • @milesrulezz You can do carbs, but not too many at all! Anything that you can't burn off, will turn into sugars and fat, especially carbs.

  • @WorkoutBX1 I would disagree, if you dont have an excess of carbs to grow well the protein you use it isnt going towards building muscle... its going to be burned as energy to fuel your body. Fats in foods create hormones testerone if you go on a low fat diet you wont grow, if you go low carb you wont grow. Protein is needed too but carbs and fats are more important.

  • @milesrulezz Protein is essential for muscle growth and repair, not just energy. While fats and carbs serve their purpose, at the end of the day, it's all about moderation. Too much protein, fats and carbs will serve to do more harm than good. Especially saturated fat, so No Fast Food.

  • @aysun6 I don't take any proteins, but I do eat a diet that is high in protein. For the most part, I eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water.

  • @porkchop942 My diet is high-protein, combined with lots of healthy vegatables, fruit and plenty of water. No junk food on my menu. It's very important to have a vitamin enriched diet, in order to sustain your body's overall health and fight off disease.

  • @WorkoutBX1 Nice. Proportioning my diet has seem to be my biggest / funnest challenge. After living in the BX for awhile, I ran into a lot of guys at the park doing calisthenics. Kept me outta trouble, and they were always willing to help. Plan on wiping out obesity in my zip code one fatty at a time. Nice video peace man.

So thanks I'll gradually work my way up to x amount of days straight. feels like I'm up to a different level of soreness too but it's not as sore as when I started about 7 weeks back.

  • Very inspiring man. I currently been doing push up , pull ups and dips. I want to know can I do this 5 to 6 days a week straight and rest on the 6 or 7th day. Your advice would be appreciated. Thank

  • @chomward If you just first starting out a regular exercise schedule, I would say start off by working out for one day and then resting the next day, in order to give your muscle a chance to heal. Then, gradually work your way up to the 5 to 6 days a week with the 6th and/or 7th. day to rest up.

  • @DrFLARES u can use a bunch of stuff... eg: bmx gloves, gardening gloves, dish washing gloves.... dont have to look for anything fancy.
