The problem with what he is doing in teaching so in detail about these jing herbs, is that most people will need other herbs in combination to balance out their yin damp forming nature. can't leave that stuff out! could be bad for people
whoa, weird. It's funny how he mentions all these way out-there products in a western reductionist context (beneficial for everyone) while ignoring the chinese medicine background that prescribes things for individual conditions. i've been where he is. obsessive/compulsive tendencies due to extreme adherence to a restrictive diet and lifestyle.
Thank you!!! I am writing about that in my raw book. Chinese medicine uses animals (cruely extracted) and pharmaceuticals as a matter of course in their herbs. I don't touch chinese herbs. Period.
Whats is he saying at 4:02? and how do you do that?

@RawFoodVeganSungazer The very best healers are often, are I say usually, dealing with their own health issues. No need to judge, mate.

deer placenta is NOT a plant...I wish chinese medicine enthusiasts, who call everything 'herbs', would reconsider the exploitation of animals for
human health...there is never any discussion about how these materials are aquired...vegans and vegetarians beware!

@animalactivist TCM refers to basically all medicinal substances as 'herbs'. It's not intentionally misleading.
