AARP is taking a stand to help Americans who cannot receive coverage because they are uninsurable. This has to stop and I commend AARP for standing up and doing something for those who cannot stand up for themselves. And if you did your investigative work you would know that when this law passes AARP will lose the Medigap Insurance and give up the royalities they earn from this insurance. But it is worth it...to save a life....it is worth it!

Right target, wrong approach. There is no way AARP can market a Medigap policy that DOESN'T include a gap on preexisting conditions, even if they wanted to. Why? No carrier would offer such a policy. Nor should they. Adverse selection would ruin them.
