Bought this album as a experiment, figuring better to explore a cd than listen to boring radio. Needless to say, I have been listening to it for 3 weeks now, just a masterpiece. Country radio should be playing it, instead of Taylor Swift.
i totally agree, this is her beast ever album. I think she does a better singing..."f you leave me now" than Chicago does. This is for sure a "chick"cd
I first met Suzy in 1983 in Peoria, IL while I was the Ops. Mgr. of the old WXCL. I went to one her shows at a local restaurant. I remember telling her, it was only a matter of time before someone "discovered" her. Later while working in Austin, TX I had dinner with her and my music director. It was so cool remembering back when together. I am so happy for you Suzy. You are a huge talent and I wish you nothing but success.Good for you. I know how hard you have worked for it. Tweed Scott
Opening your mind to change is always good; expanding your ability outside the box we create for our selves as a norm can only make you excel and that is something you have done and I believe will always do well. Thank you for your Contributions to the world.... Charlie
Hey Cinderella was the first video I saw on CMT Europe and from then on I was hooked. Saw Wine, Women & Song at The Sage, Gateshead, England. Excellent.
there's a " 500 character" limit to yer post here, so let me continue with a
second one (should've been all at once). This "working stiff" with a sore back came home tonight to find this gem waiting for him.
It's Suzy saying "thank you" and "goodbye" to Music Row all at once, and I love it. Talk about courage! thanks Sooz. I'm getting a little verclempt...
WOW... Whoever edited this video should get a Grammy ! And Suzy should get some award for the "most honest and unpretentious artist". I love the way the aqua shirt morphs into "the crowd" at the start, and from there it just gets better- what a sentimental journy that brings us to now. Talk about encompassing a whole career in a video. Suzy's honest and unpretentious narrative of the whole thing is refreshing (Faith Hill-- take some notes- if you know how to write. )
This is by far her BEST ever CD. love it, love it, love it!

Once the top country 'divas' hear this album, they
might smile, but inside they will turn several shades of green....The Goddess owns them now.
