  • prostitution is a verbal agreement to trade sex for a good or service, than the deal following thru, people cant read eachother's hidden thoughts, people cant use verbal language as a sure way to make an agreement because people dont agree on defintions of words. its a geuss if they will understand, or follow thru, and if they dont, they shuldnt be abused, but possibly take back the payment you paid for the service they didnt provide.

  • another soulition for the many guys who cant get a girl would be to become gay with eachother. prositution vanishes when the girl receives gifts, than has sex for free, meaning there is no deal saying ill have sex if you first give me a new car. its not prostituion if you give her a car, than she has sex with you 1 second later. if you say give me a car, lets have sex, thats not pro. pro=if you give me a gift ill fuk u, then they trade, if it was than all sex would be prostituion.

  • another soulition for the many guys who cant get a girl would be to become gay with eachother. prositution vanishes when the girl willingly has sex for free, and willingly receives gifts, unrelated to haveing sex, meaning there is no deal saying ill have sex if you first give me a new car. its not prostituion if you give her a car, than she has sex with you 1 second later.

  • in usa about 1 out of every 100 girls is a ho. problem-people forcing people agianst there will to have sex, people buy the porn or the ho, porn makes more money than prositution alone, the pimps mostly make all the money from the hos. people are watching girls get beat and raped, and raping girls. soultion? stop buying hoes, stop watching porn, if your going to have sex do it for free with a willing person and use a condom, bc, and get tested for stds.

  • problem -porn prostituion ensalved sex slaves and damading yours or others bodies, makes the most money. there is people that will pay you alot of money to watch you hurt yourself, or to hurt you. rewarding bad behavior. problem-about 95%of hos are prostituted/raped/enslaved and beaten agianst there will. about 99% porn girls that have sex, are hos. adverage life exspenacy of a ho is 20, most the time they get mudered. sometimes they are druged so they are unable to fight.

  • when someone watches porn, they dont know if the girl is being raped, drugged, threatened, enslaved, but it is obvious in porn in some cases if the guys are damaging her, hitting her, tieing her, and no one exsept her knows if she likes it or not, if she willing wants people to damage her body, beat her, i wouldnt hurt her if she wanted me to, and others shuldnt do that to her, but i wont physcially stop others from hurting her if she said and acted like she wanted it.

  • porn = being nude, filming nudity, for free or for sale. prostituion = getting paid to have sex. both are not wrong. with statistics as the porn industy making more money than all of the other ones combined and being the most popular industy, most people agree with porn. the problem is when people are forced agianst there will, raped, prostituted agianst there will, enslaved, and kidnapped,

  • You should also add the words 'misandry'/'misandrony' and men' to the tags section!

  • Agreed.

  • how will the doctors know how to create medicinal technologies if they will not go to university?

how do you stop people from pretending to be doctors and giving stupid medicine to people who are sick and dying?

like the guy who says aids doesn't exist and tries to cure cancer with peanut oil.

  • @darris321 So we require the government to have a monopoly on education, because people aren't able to learn at private schools or by apprenticing or by cracking open a book or by opening a webpage?

How do you stop people from pretending to have iphones for sale when really they're selling cheap iphone knock-offs? Reputation.

  • @JacobSpinney

I understand your point, but people get reputation through the experience of their customership. So that would mean that the snake oil salesmen would keep the sickly sickly and only then would they get a bad reputation. Plus, the people who believe in homeopathic remedies are immune to facts so they could take their cultish following and give them all dissolved flax seed powder

  • @JacobSpinney they have an online public high school option. high school diplomas shouldnt be required to get a job. teach people the truth by witness, expirence, hands on job training, how to produce food, water, shelter, healthcare, and defence. instead of only books and videos. let them choose what and when they want to learn. let people sell fake iphones, if you did not receive what you thought you were buying, return it and get your money back.

  • @JacobSpinney the damage has already been done to some before their reputation is ruined

  • @darris321 universities are not required to teach people how to do things. they can teach themself, or learn from anyone. people that give medicine without wanting payment may be more trust worthy, since they wouldnt have a profit motive. educate yourself about medication, there will be a better chance of knowing what medication is stupid, fake and real. examine the medication under a microscope to know what kind it is. test medications on humans to see what works and what doesnt.

  • @darris321 let people pretend to be doctors and give stupid medicine to people. but not physcially force them to take the medication agianst there will. unless the person is attacking you and the best option is to give them medication in a form of self defence, once they stop abuseing you, stop giving medication. words are not the best way to show someone when its right and wrong to use physcial force agianst an unwilling human. movies/real life witness/expirence work better for that.

  • Lets go to the nudie bar.

  • much to me...is depraved or boring, certainly apart from many strongly held beliefs or representations, and with respect to your vid content and much else. "unfortunately," i can't often/long "presume" much about what is or isn't actually voluntary, and also, such is often moot for me, etc. certainly, it seems true that much about sexuality is often confounded, or worse, with and/or without "worrying" about "porn," etc.

    thanks for the good vid.

  • People are being forced into pornography because it is their only option. Therefore we should take that option away from them so they have no options...

  • You see had you just kept with the topic of porn none of this would have happened.

  • It's not just doctors and Lawyers.

    It's also Engineers.

Do you have any idea how many certifications in edition to said university education they need?

    Especially Civil Engineers.

Heck, I even recall hearing tales that you now need a H.S. Diploma in order to work full time at a fast food restaurant!

    I doubt it's just Unions.

It's probably also corporations/corporatism (Barriers to entry to stifle their competition anyone?), special interest groups and trial lawyers as well.

  • This is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen! So before labor unions and the American Bar association, everybody could go to college? what a joke! Union jobs are some of the only ones left where someone can still acquire a skilled profession through apprenticeship. You're talking garbage. The free market coerces people to do things they don't want to do. Capitalism would be impossible to sustain without the exploitation of the desperate. Don't blame workers for the failure of the market!

  • Wait, I am confused, what does college have to do with porn? I don't disagree with you on your points, it is just that you only addressed one of nuclearnight's points, and you didn't go into any detail. if you had made the college video and the porn video seperately, i would have no objections, but saying that all the porn stars do it to get through college is just dumb

  • The point was that the people who go into porn for money (but really don't want to do it) are doing so because they need to pay for something. The things that people typically need to pay the most for are things that the government has heavily inflated in price. I used college tuition as an example, because that is typically a very large portion of what a young adult pays for, and porn typically consists of young adults.

  • Thus, if you don't want people to go into porn for money when they really don't like what they're doing, then you should be campaigning for the government to be getting out of the economy so that they don't need to go into porn for financial support in the first place.

  • @JacobSpinney

of course, and those two comments make your argument much stronger than your video, which touches on nuclearnight's argument, and then talks about why you believe college is expensive.

  • i would prefer that the doctors DID have certification from an accredited university.

and probably currently at least, the lawyers also

i don't want my freedom or health in the hands of someone who isn't completely educated

    lol

  • The market would regulate itself in this respect. You would have 3rd party organizations whose job it is to rate doctors and lawyers. We can already see this is areas of the market that are more free, like consumer electronics.

  • So what would be the difference between those ˝3rd party organizations˝ ratings ,and the ones given by universities today? How would that be better and where their employees would get their paycheck from?

  • The difference would be two fold. The first would be corruptibility. It's a lot easier to have your lobbyists bribe 5 or so congressmen who head the regulation board than it is to bribe the hundreds if, if not thousands, of all of the board members of all of the different consumer reporting companies.

  • And even IF you're able to accomplish such a feat, it would be amazingly lucrative for a whistleblower to come forward. In congress, there is zero downside to taking bribes. In the free market, you risk your entire reputation if you take a bribe.

Secondly, the free market version of regulation would be voluntary. In other words, no consumer reporting company has the right to hold a gun to your head and demand that you pay for their services (unlike the government).

  • Thus, they have to make their money the honest way, by presenting you with enough value that you want to pay for their service (and thus creating even more incentive for them to be incorruptible). There are already consumer reporting magazines and charities in existence, and this would increase quite a bit if the government stepped out of the way.

  • @JacobSpinney MY GODZORS!!! How WOULD I KNOW WHAT GPU TO BUY IF THE GOVNMENT DIDN"T TELL ,E WUT TO BUY?

    computer...hardware...review...sites?

  • +1 fav, 5 * and subbed.

  • You, sir, are a winrar.

  • much love, great vid.

  • A logical statement. I agree with you to the point where my morality collides with yours. I believe in the Bible and I know you don't so I'm not looking for a fight. I just want to say I liked how this vid EXPLAINED why and didn't so much justify.

Also I like how your video blends in with the rest of the site. That's really cool

  • excellent, as always.

  • Thank you for the great video. I'm glad I'm subscribed to you. :3

  • You're awesome.

  • what is financially forced? I personally prefer to limit the word force to violence. I am not financially forced to buy food. I know of people who say that firing someone is equal to using force. That easily provokes self defence being morally right. I am against broadening the meaning of the word force.

  • That is a valid point.

  • @modelmark when they said finacially forced, they maybe refering to the payment is worth the risk, or as in there is a force/enforcers dening you finaces/goods/services unless you do the certian act. your choices maybe to give in, fight the force and possible die as a result, or starve to death. giving in maybe isnt the right choice. people dont always agree on defintions. you are applying force everytime you physcially move something. people force themselfs to do things.

  • @nicesocialgirl I know people do not always agree on definitions, but I proposed a definition to limit the use of the word force to physical force. I think it makes things clearer. The sentence "I forced myself to ..." is really weird and if you think about it logically. It's like saying "I had a conversation with myself". There are better ways of expressing what you mean. "It was a hard decision, I summed up all the arguments for and against in my head."

  • @modelmark force-(intentionaly or not)physcially move something, that is willing or not willing. so i say physcially force agianst there will. force -can be a shortened version of physcially forcing someone agianst there will.each person has the choice to define any word how ever they choose. i try to use words and defintions in shortened versions that the majority or the individual im talking to, will most likley understand. thanks.

  • @modelmark how about saying, physcially moving/forcing someone's body agianst there will.

  • i actually agree for a change

  • Wohoo!

  • somebody's been reading Milton Friedman's chapter on "Occupational Licensure" in his book "Capitalism and Freedom"

  • So from pr0n to certified practise

How are ordinary people going to tell the difference between scammers and real practitioners with knowledge in their field?

If colleges weren't classified in some way then anybody could hand out some diploma saying that they now have the needed experience.

Of course this could be some third party, but they'd have to be trustworthy too (which inevitably has expenses). Unless someone designs a system without corruption, you end up wit something similarly flawed

  • Thing is, these different accrediting bodies would have to compete with each other. That would weed out corruption. It would also drive down the cost of certification.

  • Simple. Instead of people being able to coast off of a piece of paper, they have to stand by the quality of their labor.

  • he's ugly :(

  • -claps- well said. I'm about to join the porn industry, simply BECAUSE I've been finanically raped by college loans for jobs I still don't qualify for. I've seen numberous girls turn to porn simply because the opportunities to do otherwise feel scarce for someone without a college degree. As much as we all want life to be about more, in our nation, money is the only thing important and porn gives out cash without a porn degree.

  • Hehehe. Care to let anybody know what productions you'll be starring in? =P

  • . . . . :)

  • 5 stars for supporting the correct side of the issue...

But less freemarket politics lol, I don't see where Porno Degrees come into this debate.

  • Thanks. Eh, I was trying to make the argument that the porn actors who don't like their job, but do it anyway to pay for school, are doing so because the government has massively inflated the price of tuition fees. If that were not so, they would never need to work in porn in the first place.

  • You just argued for the Government to give out grants and for more government regulation. P0rn FTW

  • @Pr0n: True dat, my /b/rother.

  • the last time and the only thing I used 4chan was for hentai.

  • The last I used it was...once for a peak on b.

    I was just saying. :P

  • Thats what I meant, Sir Jacob. After getting screwed by college loans and still not being done with college and STILL having more Tuition fees....I'm about two steps from joining up in porn to cover it all...but after re-reading my comment I see how that got lost..

  • It's all about the reduction of opportunities in this fascistic system we have today. Why wouldn't this apply to the situation?

  • OMG JACOB IS BAC1!!!!!

  • HENTAI, FUCK YEAH!

  • Cool.
