Just drove the 3.2 double cab and it was great. The ford lot had 8 Toyota hiluxes already traded in for the new ranger. And next shipment is already sold back orders are to march. Also drive the new hilux and if you are considering Toyota I would check these out you will not be disappointed.

Ford has got it right in that utility vehicles now days are more used as family cars then the actual pickup of the past. The tray/bed now gets used for children's bikes or buying new furniture. Again its marketing in a way that companies show and decide what we want. By making it look appealing like a car or SUV they can attract those buyers as well as hopefully maintain those who need a utility for a genuine reason e.g. farm and work. So essentially its just a city kids toy not a pick up truck
