o.O see, I cant do these hi-tech things. I am from a third-world BEAUTIFUL country...still third world..yea... and unless you are a professional you dont use a dotting tool....special striping brushes etc....o.O its all about painting those nails with the brush the polish comes with and praying that your hands are steady!....o.O where to even find these things...ghee

I read somewhere that blowing on your nails, using a fan, hair dryer, etc. causes air bubbles to form as they are drying. Also, when you shake your nail polish, air bubbles form. Maybe try getting a new polish?
