@Saiga76239mm Yup Thai basil it is! The technique I used this past summer to root them was to take a wet paper towel, wrap just the lower sections in the towel (the section to root) then wet the towel and do this once a day. Not to wet, just maybe spray the towel. What is happening to your plants is they are being over watered, the plants have to have air and dunked in water drowns them. Try that and tell me what you get next time. I cannot wait for the planting season to come back around!
