dude do hands then jump 2 fingers and make sure ur on ur grip of fingers then bac of ur hnads and then fist so basicly ur jumpin 2 4 sets of 1 lol try that not as easy as it sounds jumpin on ur fingers fists and back ofur hands incress strickin power try hitin wood 2
Unfortunatly it's a bit more complicated than sets and reps and all that. The one-arms are for maximal power output and should be done to 30 or 40 percent to failure, things like the frog push-hops are more for full-body conditioning and endurance and should be done to 75-90 percent to failure, etc... I suggest doing some research into training/conditioning theory. Maybe pm me and I'll send you some links and stuff.
You should do press handstands.

These are great workouts..But what exactly do they do and how many sets/reps are you suppose to do
