yeah, that seems to be the case here in tx. just this week i heard about how a judge for a mentally challeneged student was unfairly punished beacuse the judge slept through the whole thing and the parents appealed it to the school board or state and lost because they chose to ignore that fact that the jugde was seen on video sleeping during testimony and important points made by the student's lawyers. the judge even had a knwon history of neglect in the courtroom.
