I've played a lot of MMO's and I've been playing MMO's for like... 4-5 years now. My first was rs (it was still classic back then I think? I'm not sure) but out of all the MMO's I've played Rappelz remains to be my favorite so far. I've played games from runescape, gpotato, ogplanet, ijji, outspark, perfectworld, nexon, ncsoft, aeria, and some other not so popular sites.

Yes it is, it a Grindfest = you kill same monster again and again and again and again over and over and over and over. I got bore by lv50 cause of the countless hour of grinding.

If you don't like grinding, then don't play. If you only reached lvl 50 you dont know what the game is like because you get the real skills like lvl 75+. But, this game is only recommended to people that want to do boring grinding to reach power (in a game).

rappelz is an extremely good game with a lot of unique aspects like the chiping of enemies, pet evolutions, class trees, pet cards, skill cards and much more. i recommend anyone who likes whooping ass with a cool pet to fight along side you. very nice game =D

Such a great game. And btw, guy who wanted to know which class is best, it depends on what u want to do. Damage dealers are assassins. Holy warriors are tanks (I think) and breeders are good healers plus have the breeding skills which helpful in getting pets.

this game is the shit,hard as fuck to get started out,which is why i try lvl'n up before goin to pvp world, but it gets easier once your lvl 30x, pluss there will always be people your lvl wanting to form a party,some random charitable people supplyn you with equipment etc, and the random badguys that kill anybody because theyre strong enough, this game is awesome, ive been to busy to play it though, fav comp game,good strategy and pretty much world wide

I just played cabal online, it sucks. There are no tutorials at the beginning, i had to figure it out by myself. And their English is crappy for some reason, sometimes the NPCs don't make any sense! I know graphics don't make a game but the graphics are extremely out dated! And the way you move sucks too!

In fact I do play wow. And just like your cousin I've been playing since the release. I witnessed everything and I know that wow is getting more casual and the leveling process is getting easier (which is logic because the level cap was raised). Also, free downloadable browser games are played more by kids than Wow is. That's a fact.

Rappelz dungeon siege was based on the game "Dungeon Siege" by microsoft games. The game dungeon siege was fairly unknown but I loved it to death, so I'm not a hater at all.

You just need to understand that free downloadable browser games just aren't better than payed ones ;)

when you install the game, do not run the game after the update is complete. Make sure that you create a shortcut on the desktop from the installation process. When it is finished downloading and installing, open the launcher from the desktop. After it updates you should have a file on your desktop call "00B.dat." Open the installed directory and drag the file into the "C:\Program Files\GALA-NET\Rappelz" and click yes to replace the file. The one from the desktop is the update.

it's boring when you hit R4, which is level 80. You begin to notice how repetitive it is.. Even since e5 came out and they've added a few new dungeons and items, every level is the same. All you're ever doing is dungeon partying in the same exact spot every 10 levels. I guess the fun thing about it is buying in game money, cause without it, you'll be waaay behind your friends. Unlike a lot of other games you level pretty quickly, and even quicker with Stamina Pots, BUT you must purchase them.

I agree with you completely Kronium2222. I played this game for a couple of months and thought it was awesome for awhile. Once you hit around level 60 or so the quests pretty much dry up and you are stuck with grinding away. All the way up to 170. (level cap)

Pvp system sucks too. Can be killed by anyone at anytime outside of a city.

rappelz is only a tedious grinding if thats what you do, you can always pvp... pvping at anytime outside town gives you adrenaline... not like other stupid games where you have to ask before pking some1.. lol
