I recall the story of a woman who was told by her healer to go live in a cabin with a dirt floor, and more importantly, to lie in a hole in the ground for some time (an hour?) every day, rain or shine. The woman did as she was told, and miraculously found it worked. Mother Earth is a great healer. She pulls off our hucha (heavy energy) and restores our well-being. Cats, for instance, have been proven to heal faster if they are allowed to be outdoors on the ground.
