Hmm , it was ok but the joker had his makeup quite smudged , almost like he used his own hands too put it o instead of a brush or what have you.

Perhaps less symmetric and more off balance and random , get that crazy look.

scar putty but you could use nose wax as well. then cover it with a layer of liquid latex.
