@SuperOctimusprime I think you need to watch the movie more carefully before you make such statement. The ending is not awful, there is actually a point to the ending. In the beginning the general was all about fighting for the country and the soldier was all about peace, but after their journey together, the general was able to see peace and what's right for the people, while the soldier was able to stop escaping and stand up for the country.
