for all you people moaning, the way this works is the following:

you need to already be determined to give up on smoking, and maybe have been off the fags for a couple of days, and have the willpower to quit in your mind while watching

this will not work if you just had a fag 10 minutes ago, and thought... meh i may as well try and find a magical quit video online

the video has very little to do with quitting smoking, simply concentrating on the image clears your mind and helps you focus
