  • Ay you look like carlton

  • these are good videos. informative and simple. Thank you.

  • @sillymesilly how do you get a bigger neck? is it genetics or you have to do exercises?

  • @alteredoptions LOOOOL! thats the funniest thing i've heard..

  • IS THIS EXERCISE FOR THE ARMS OR THE BACK?

  • @Samorahakasadik I think its good for triceps and back so both

  • @Z1CO91 triceps? dont you mean biceps

  • @Samorahakasadik It works the back :)

  • i know this guy can really workout but..... he looks like a 2 year old with the weights and intensity in this video

  • i cant tell if hes mexican or black...

  • @BrysonSao101 neither i think

  • horrible form dont listen to him, he doesnt even have a stable base to do the exercise from

  • nice tattoo bro

  • i like your tattoo bro.

  • @1Squashy1 the more u lower the more stretch your lats feel hence motion! but keeping the back in position.

  • CARLTON!

  • Hes using horrible form.

  • @ocr17 I know. Steriods are the cheaters excuse so popularly these days that most just stab and curl and grow.

REAL bodybuilding is not like this. Wait until I upload and post all of my blogs about the TRUTH of steriods and bodybuilding at my Wordpress website.

  • sorry but this guy have no back

  • @Marijuana420rKo hahaha YES youre right haha its carlton

  • @MadsBille all of u talking about low weight are idiots...he is just showing the exercise to us...he is not training...he uses low weight so we can see the exercise better

  • The barbell in the background...

  • @XizelSF He probably filmed a chest video as well to show bench press or something, and when they film they use light weight to show good form, which is key.

  • If you raise your head up and look in front of you maybe you can fell your back working better.

    It works for me.

  • @MadsBille yeah obviously. Cause if you were right he wouldn't be so ripped now would he? how do you know for sure he goes this slow when he's doing his real workouts? its a demonstation ffs.

  • he explained it very well, but i guess he's usin his shoulders too much. it's better not to move 'em ;)

  • picture pulling with your elbows and use lifting straps I guarantee you wont have a pump in your biceps..

  • @imsothemanXD HE"S MO RIPPED DAN YOU!!!

LOL, that was totally from the video titled "Snoralx"! Because snorlax effin owns!

  • thought this does the top of your back not the lats?

  • hits the flaps of tehm

  • lats or backdeltoid primerly?

  • guy looks like a ripped carlton from fresh prince.

  • dude that shites funny! i laughed for 5 min. you called it!

  • i just call it as i see it lol.

  • @Marijuana420rKo hahahaha carlton

  • @Marijuana420rKo

    Omg... you fucking right!!!

  • Guy looks like a hench noel clarke.

  • WHY

  • Just because some muscle is synergist to the movie or simply required to exist in order to perform the move doesn't mean it's supposed to train it. This move is purely for strong Latissimus Dorsi, or just "Upper back".

If you feel you're using your biceps to perform, use straps.

  • It works the lower lats primarily and biceps secondarily.Rows for thickness, pullups for width

  • so what do you mean rows for thickness and pull ups for width!which one would you rather do?

  • u got to do em both

  • this isn't for the biceps or triceps, yes it might slightly work those two but hardly.. this is mainly for the lats

  • any rowing exercise works the biceps

  • There should be none, or very minimal movement from the bicep. The idea is to actually lift the weight with your lats, but of course the flex is gonna slightly involve other muscles.

  • true, but any rowing exercise involves the bicep.

  • does this work the triceps?

  • no.

The comment you have entered is too short. Please write a longer comment and try again

  • Does this method of exercise work the tricpes on your arms? maybe that will help douchbag.

  • no, it does't. The triceps straighten the elbow, the biceps bend it, notice that this excercise bends the elbow. This excercise is supposed to work the back more than the bicep though.

Oh, I wasn't talking to you with the "comment is too short" thing, I just wrote the answer to your question "no" but youtube wouldn't let me post it cause it was too short so I just copied and pasted the error message in, sorry for the miscommunication!

  • thats ok and sorry for calling you a douchbag...

  • no...when youre doing a pulling motion you use muscles in the back + the biceps

  • not really, it does use the triceps but youl get most of it on your biceps.

  • it doesnt use the triceps at all. you use the triceps when youre pushin weight away from your body along with chest etc. and when youre doing a pulling motion your using muscles in the back + biceps

  • yea doesnt use triceps at all dude

  • not at all

  • its for the lats

  • no, it does work the biceps a little

  • no, muscles in the back + biceps, and a bit of the grip strength (forearms)

  • i like your hair cut

  • i normally train back on tuesdays, then i'll do an arms day on friday. i don't like doing biceps the same day as back, it limits my strength a bit.

  • I have done this workout, but when i do these, it seems i dont feel the right burn at all, should i feel the burn on my lats 100%? cause i only feel a little, and a bit of burn on my biceps, shoulder area. Hmm help anyone?

  • does middle back get trained with lower back everytime? cuz i cant rly feel my middleback workin much..

  • this perfect form

  • what hell you talking about? back is pulling also using bicep. so you suppose to work back and bicep same day.. dumb ass..

  • I used to do back and bi's then chest and tri's but i recently changed after getting advice from 2 friends that have been doing this a long time. A lot of chest exercises use tri's indirectly so by the time chest workout is over, tri's are exhausted. Same with back and bi's.

  • i disagree if you work back, you should also work bicep the same day ..if you don't you wait until the next day to do bicep..you are over working your bicep. trust me. because i have my own personal trainer and this is what he is telling me.. you look up and ask the pros they will tell you the same thing..people tend to over work bicep because they don't understand this concep.

  • Ant, you cant compare the pro's to regular people. They are the exception. They eat 6-9 times a day, take mass amounts of protein, supliments, and vitamins and their body's recover from workouts SUPER FAST! They are absolute machines. Its not uncommon for them to workout 1 muscle group 2 or 3 times a week.

Also, people can mix and match any combinations of muscle groups any way they want. As long as your not exercising an already torn muscle before it has a chance to heal.

  • Never do back and biceps the same day or you will have a bad back workout.

  • you do biceps AFTER the back fool

  • No, it's best to work your biceps on a different day.

  • Yep, your biceps are already exhausted from the back work, assuming you did a good job. Yeah you can do your sets and not feel exhausted but they're going to take a while to heal if you do the back/bicep crap.

  • I do back and biceps the same day. it helps your biceps a lot more, then they're always under stress

  • great video thanks... I will try it

  • ur back but it does hit ur biceps a bit, but not as much as bicep curls etc

  • not a bit, a lot this is why it is recommend to rest 24-48 hours between bicep and back

  • what muscle group does this train?

  • lats, the back

  • and biceps
