yes it is, but the false alarm of my "faulty battery" kinda worried me, but of course it keeps going away, so its definatly a bug, others had the same issue. My Battery is working just fine, it just shows an X next to it, but it goes away :)

If you have another HD installed without RAID on yeah you can install without CD.
