I'm not usually a fan of car-bodied Monster Trucks but I do like that Ghost Ryder truck. Something about it just appeals to me.

Racing may be fun for it's competitive aspect , but as fans we know freestyle is what it's all about and is always the most thrilling part of any monster truck show !

Man, I hate to sound like some stodgy elitist, but shows that have monster trucks as the main event, and ONLY do freestyle without any racing at all just worry me. I got into the sport when it was first becoming a SPORT - TNT, PENDA, mid-90s USHRA when they had a half-respectable points series. That's what I want to see continue.

But this...makes me feel like I've stepped back into 1982, only without the novelty and "newness" that monster trucks had back then that made exhibitions entertaining.
