which is more difficult? this superman freeze or the other superman freeze where u have one hand stabbed while laying flat (parallel to the ground) with ur arms and feet extended like superman flying?

The parallel one uses two arms so it requires more strength than balance I'd say.

Where as the one arm one requires mostly just hitting the sweet spot with a medium amount of coordination.

Both are pretty challenging just like everything else in this stupid sport lol.

No. I'm talking about the parallel one where only ONE arm is stabbed and the other one is extended forward in front of you life superman. It's only using 1 arm. 2 arm parallel to floor is so easy.

I'm trying to do that move too, but it's so difficult, I think you should take down your body a little more with your elbow. you'II get more balance. Like an airchair, that's what I do, and that gives me more time in the air. I'm mexican so my english sucks jajaja greets.
