- 1) Age/Interests at 22 he was more into "making it" in the music bussines than fatherhood

-2) The multiple miscarriages Yoko had. I think that feeling of "losing their kids" made him hearted

@Lilazn4108 shame for julian not really having a relationship with john, not one of any great substance anyway. i think when he had him all the travelling with the beatles got in the way, they did tour relentlessly, he was never home with him for too long at any one time. i suppose you could say he had julian at the wrong time maybe he was too young. he looked happy as a father in this vid. plenty of young people have kids too early these day. think john's an easy target (he is/was so famous)

My paternal grandfather Mikhail was taken away and shot when my dad was still in his boyhood. He watched other dads take their sons fishing. He remembers how his papa used to carry him on his shoulders. Papa tried to raise me and his brothers the best he could, but the memory of murder doesn't really go away, does it?
