  • Still watching in February 2012, 9 years after Austin left the WWE, because he is the no.1 wrestler of all time and he just keeps me coming back.

Stone Cold Steve Austin for life.

  • Thanks for the vid how can anyone dislike it?

  • Without Stone Cold, Rock, Bret Hart, HBK WWE isnt the same anymore, and its weird saying this since im 13.

  • when Austin looks into the camera at 0:39, what "Raw" is that from? I've been wanting to know for years...

  • JR VOICE: STONE COLD! STONE COLD!

    LOL

  • what does 3:16 meen?

  • @NoobOwnerX For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16 :) <3 God bless you!

  • brings tears to my eyes... this was my child hood

  • Holy shit there will never be another austin. If there's one thing that I'm gonna take with me for the rest of my life its when I was young and got to witness 10s of thousands of people cheering in unison "AUSTIN AUSTIN AUSTIN"

That memory will never ever go away.

  • Stone Cold Steve Austin, the first wrestler to have such a rabid fanbase that he had grown men paint 3:16 on their chest at the show. To me the biggest most productive superstar the companies ever had. When they took his gear out of the wwf machine it never quite ran as fast.

  • the scene from 2:39 to 2:45, when did that happen

  • @nilater08

    2000

  • We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act, but a habit."

  • We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act, but a habit." ..the way he carry him self is an habit..the habit of not giving up..no matter wat..!!! thanku for some inspirational moments ..!Z! its enough to spent the remaining life with these moments..!!

  • if it werent for his injuries he would still be wrestling,

  • The ultimate 'anti babyface' that became the biggest superstar in wrestling history.......who would have thought getting arrested would get a bigger pop than John Cena's entrance.

  • the best wwf there was and ever will be,fuck the wwe there is.imao

  • miss the days coming home from school and watching wwf raw at 8pm than faking to sleep at 9, only to wakeup and finish watching Raw with Austin and The Rock

  • a john cena fan just passed out from all the violence.

  • I put wrestling to rest after WWF ended and the ledgends left.

  • Do you think that ... just ... sometimes ... Vince McMahon sighs and maybe a little tear comes along when he recognizes that those GREAT TIMES of Attitude Era are over and will never come back?

Man, it's just ... if we could turn back time guys, right? Good times, good times, the best of all.

  • @Mondlichtklar i feel you on that one. I feel completely the same way. the lyrics to this song are so fitting.... ' hello my friend, we meet again. It's been a while...where should we begin.... feels like forever! Within my heart are memories....a perfect love that you gave to me......oh i remember!'

Much respect to the World Wrestling Federation from 1996-2001!!!

  • THE TOUGHEST SON OF A BITCH IN WWE HISTORY...THE BEST LEGEND EVER

  • WWF AND AUSTIN 3:16 FTW

  • fuck you wwe!!!

  • attitude era 4 life

  • Well now I see what Kane means and where he's wrong. It's not Undertaker that's a shadow of his former self... It's the WWE that's a shadow of it's former self.

  • Wrestling sucks now so bad, FUCK WWE

  • what is the music title?

  • @steveaustin130 My sacrifice-Creed

  • Austin is the best wrestling personality of all time. :3

  • COME BACK STONE COLD...3:16..U WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST..john cena & hulk hogan r cool & everything but STONE COLD WILL ALWAYS BE THE GREATEST

  • watch austin vs rock, austin vs angle, austin vs hhh three stages of hell and his earlier stuff if u think he cant work.

  • @putyourweedup

That's a great little story about your jiu jitsu teacher. Here's the thing, it doesn't change the fact that the song and name make you seem terribly retarded. Lack of capitalization does not help your case either. Also, not sure if you noticed this, but the WWE is a professional wrestling company hence why professional wrestling ability is important.

  • I like how to austin, pro wreslting is beers and middle fingers.

  • wrestling is just not the same anymore!!!

  • How I wish it were 2001

  • he is the greatest wrestler to tie up a boot he gave everything to make wrestling what it was, broke his neck still finsihed the match, he took a falling sport and made it huge steve austin= greatest ever

  • stone cold is the greatest ever hands down

  • @darlingd129

    Sorry kid, that's Chris Benoit

  • @MrBTY

    Sorry kid, in you dreams

  • @putyourweedup

"Kid"? Your name is "put your weed up" and you're calling me kid? Sorry if the truth hurts. Sorry if Benoit was a much better wrestler than Stone Cold. It ain't my fault.

  • what does my name have to do with nething? and no hes not and many would agree! maybe hes better like for real but professionly he wasnt

  • @putyourweedup

Your name basically eliminates ANY credibility you have. As far as "better professional wrestler", if you haven't noticed, the wrestling is done in the ring. Benoit had a more diverse set of moves and could work multiple styles. Austin was a great entertainer, one of the best, but an above average at his best.

  • @MrBTY

haha wow i hate when ppl bring my name up. its a name of a song one of my favorite jiu jitsu teachers made up. i found the tune catchy and made it my name big deal. and umm wwe is meant to enterain only! even if benoit had more moves he in no way comes close to being able to entertain the crowd as much as autstin did.

  • @MrBTY Apart from that he wasn't, of course. He was a technical wrestler and therefore had a different, uncomparable style.

  • wwe is not the same without austin. wish austin could team up with the rock and beat shit out of batista and cena. cant stand them 2. prefer tna these days better wrestlers.

  • the best ever

  • this guy is amazing one all around great guy and one hell of a badass....there is no other wrestler as intimidating as this dude

  • give me a hell yeah

  • get fucked

  • see also this one watch?v=noRC3BDXE08

  • plz come back stone cold

  • i hummed the music

    i love steve austin

    HELL YEAH 4 LIFE!!!!!!!!!

  • Bad Mother Fucker , That's Stone Cold Steve Austin.

    Been There , Destroyed That.

  • hes a beast thats all i can say

  • he carrys his balls around in a wheel barrel stone cold it the fucking man

  • "Oh Hell Yea!"..."What?" ha ha lol

"Austin 3:16 says i just whipped your Ass! and that's the Bottom Line cause Stone Cold said so!"...omg memories of me and my Brother John in the 90's Attitude era that "The Texas Rattlesnake" ushered in, he's a Legendary Fucking Renegade of wrestling! and hey yo FUCK! Hulk hogan he's an overated Egotist ...

  • Austin is the best legend in the history of WWF/E, 4Ever !!

  • @Pana0094 Hell yeahhhh!

  • Comment removed

  • sry man but wrestling will never be the same again y because brett heart is gone stone cold is gone the rock even is gone and now ric flair is pretty close to been gone Triple HHH is getting there to same with HBK undertaker idk kane idk they are getting there to stop wrestling to as for big show hell he has a long way to go for years but yea john cena no offence people think his the next stone cold his not never will ther be another stone cold

  • bret has been gone 4 12 years

  • I stopped watching wrestling a few years ago when Stone Cold and the rock pretty much quit, sure they still made appearances every now and then, but it just wasn't the same. Then they brought in a new wave of jacked up freaks like bobby lashley, finlay, and that guy that eats worms? I mean come on wrestling sucks now. But the old days of 3:16, The Rock, Mankind, Bret Hart, and all the others will live on forever.

  • I cried watching this video.

Thank you Stone Cold, for all your sacrifices.

You're still #1 in my eyes.

    -Mike

  • Best Desire video

  • I wish they could make one of these videos without that gay song on it.

  • yh same

  • Who did he fight when he was trying to reach for the rope, and despite a bleeding face and immence pain NEVER tapped out during the match?

  • Bret Hart. That unofficially started the attitude era.

  • Bret Hart Submission match at Wrestlemania 13

  • the superiority and crowd pulling power which he possesed .does not show in today's wrestlers.

  • LEGEND

  • "The sacrifices as you call them, I wouldn't give none of'em back to ya, because I loved them all"

  • what did austin says at 2:38??!

  • Stone Cold best man in wwe ever

  • what is the song ?

  • my sacifice by creed

  • stone cold in hall of fame 2009

    hell yeah!!

  • it s a quote from the bible john 3: 16 austin at king of the ring wrestled jake roberts who was a religeous guy and after austin beat him he did a promo live and told jake " you talk about your psalms , talk about your 3:16 , well austin 3:16 sayas i just hippedyour ass !" and so the character of steve austin was born

  • Love Stone Cold but can some 1 reply to what 3:16 means?

  • i know, i keep asking that, but ppl dont answser!!!!

  • its a quote from the bible john 3:16 austin started saying it king of the ring 1996

  • Stone Cold Raise Hell 4 Life

  • ou sit there and you thump your Bible, and you say your prayers, and it didn't get you anywhere! Talk about your Psalms, talk about John 3:16... Austin 3:16 says I just whipped your ass!

And THAT'S the bottom line, cause Stone Cold said so!

  • Stone Cold & The Rock forever!!!!

  • Stone Cold For life... HELL YEAH

  • best wrestler of all time nobody can even put a valid objection to that statement

back in the day there was no better buzz then seein stone cold run out and lay the stunner on whoever got in his way, all goldberg not far bhind him

  • Seriously, these guys don't make enough money. They work harder than most other athletes yet these guys rarely break 7 digits. Its too bad. WWE makes billions, most of these guys don't even make millions.

  • jw, do you know how much some of the WWE superstars make? If you know, just leave a reply, im kinda curious.

  • Many of them make less than 7 figures.

  • i might be a little late but what does 3:16 mean

  • Dude, seriously? Just search a video for Austin at the 1996 King of the Ring. That'll answer your questions.

  • that didn't only make 3:16 that made

    STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN.

  • he's not left he is still on the raw roster

  • we miss u stone cold.......but from what i hear his come back might be soon.........all injuries have healed well knees dont need 2 be fused anymore...........met him 2 weeks ago got him 2 sign my shirt book and dvd also spoke about training with him!!!! legend!!!!

  • Hell rasing son of a bitch!

  • HE LEFT US!!!

  • ud swear they made this song just for this video

  • I love this video because it doesn't cut off right away. You get to hear the live audience's cheering. To me, that's one of the best parts of the desire videos -- the fans appreciation.

  • this is the best austin desire vid ive ever seen... usually its got sky sports and some logo in the corner so cheers for finding a decent version!!

    =]

  • I totally agree with ya Hitman altho I would change it from stone cold being the muscle to being the attidude (if thats how you spell it lol) and i would have triple h as the muscle and the undertaker as the spirt of the wwe in my opinion

  • Stone Cold = The Muscle of WWF

The Rock = The Heart of WWF

Hulk Hogan = The Brain of WWF

Shawn Micheals = The Lungs of WWF

Without these the WWF/E as we know it would be, heartless, breathless, brainless, and weak....that is...if you ask me...

  • Those are terrible analogies...and where's Bret? What about Taker? They're just as significant as Shawn.

  • you are very right...

  • Hogan the brain?? Lol. That guy was the most overrated superstar ever. He was so arrogant that he HATED losing to new talent and putting them over. Plus, he had creative control, of course.

If Austin is the muscle, Bret Hart was the balls of wwf because he had the guts to challenge McMahon, "whine" about being screwed (like at RR 97), and stand up for what's right. He wasn't afraid to speak his mind when he turned heel and let loose.

  • Breat Hart was not the balls at all. He couldn't handle the fact that he had to lose his last match, just like the fact that Hogan can't handle losing (at least we both agree on Hogan). Bret screwed Bret because he thought he had balls.

  • man i remember watching this when wwf first aired it, one of the first desire vids when they were makin em. The best ones were always the ones wiht the passionate wrestlers stone cold defines passion for the ring when he wants to be in it. Best part to me is the 2:28-2:31 mark him laughing and the camera man laughing. Wrestling can be so pure sometimes

  • WWE Would Be Nothing without Stone Cold And The Rock Because their fucking awesome

  • love the stunner in 2:08

  • AUSTIN 3:16 FOREVER!!!!!!!

  • Only Hogan was more popular than Stone Cold, and even that is debatable.

  • Austin had the best 5 year run ever 1996-2001. Without him WWF goes out. Hogan had the best 10 year run 1983-1992. Flair best career ever 1972 to present. Nobody has done it better than Flair for so long.

  • Debatable by whom?

  • everybody

  • nice video thank you

  • look up stone cold vs bret hart wm 13

  • nice one thats pretty awesome

  • nice vid
