there's a cheat that make the tracks invisible (dont know it but should be easy to find) and about underwater tracks are some vids on youtube just search "rct3 underwater" should be easy to find too :)

he didn't. If you look closely at the ground when the car's underwater, you can see the shadow of the track. There is a feature that allows you to make the track and its supports invisable.
