  • @adamlewis7609 maybe you could go raw... but i dont think raw is the healthiest thing. I feel like salads are delicious and that takes no effort... um or you could do the college kid thing and eat grilled cheese with daiya and eat cerel and soy or rice milk. I dont know if I was helpful. I hope you figure it out

  • Alicia, all you can do is a lead a horse to water....you cannot make him drink. But I appreciate you leading so many horses to water in such a fun, friendly, and knowledgeable way. I went vegan before reading your book, but you have truly changed the way I think about food and life in general. Just putting the information out there is a courageous, caring, and invaluable act.

  • Gonna get the book, she's a great spokesperson.

I feel enticed to flirt too!

  • Do and of you guys realize that chris crocker favorited this video?

  • Alicia Silverstone kicks ass!

  • @MizzDizzyLizzy79 I think milk is dangerous -- any nutrition it has is not worth the risk. I stopped drinking it after I found out that pasteurised milk killed most of the calves drinking pasturised milk actually died, according to one study in Fit for LIfe II.

  • u don't flush when you pee?? eww!! it's one thing to turn the water off while u shampoo and clean up with soap, turning off the water while u clean the dishes and brush ur teeth....but not flushing is gross dude lol

  • @NothingED i know it sounds and feels weird....but if u think about it....hmmmm...i think i should give it a try....WE'RE SAVING THE PLANET!!!!

  • @NothingED Why? Alot of times, people forget anyway, and you don't spend all your time in the toilet.

  • @NothingED 1)Urine is sterile so it's not like you're letting your feces sit out in the open 2) It's a way to conserve water - I'm staying on Key West right now. an island in Florida, and water is somewhat scarce here. Residents have to pay for water coming in and coming out and I'm asked to "let the yellow mellow" in the house I'm staying in. 3) Really, what's the big deal? There are bacteria all over our bodies all the time and there are over 500 species of bacteria in our mouths alone.

  • 100 years down the line, Vegan or not, we will all be in our graves.

  • @CrazyParody True, but the sad part of that is, 100 years down the line, most likely, most or all of the entire human race will be in their graves. Sad world.

  • @MizzDizzyLizzy79 I became vegan a year ago and feel great. I'm 42, but I stopped drinking milk when I was 22 or 23. It's really bad for you! Have a look at Diet for a New America by John Robbins or Fit for Life II, by Harvey Diamond.

  • She is truly an amazing speaker! She makes so easy for the audience to understand. And she makes it sound fun, and I would be very ignorant if I didn't try something new that would better myself.

  • Good luck on your book. I plan to buy it.

I need to find out what " super hero" is.

It's in my personality to be a super hero.

P.S.- Alanis Morrisette just turned vegan and lost 20lbs.!
