Xchanging forces its IT staff to take test on subjects unrelated to their work (eg money laundering and others) and insists that a very high pass rate is achieved in these tests. If an employee refuses or fails to pass the test, disciplinary action is threatened)

This company seriously infringed employees safety at its Folkestone office. One employee had life threatening DVT due to lack of space at their workstation. Employees were packed in the office like proverbial tinned sardines.
