I have been the Mottel too in our version (german one) we played last weekend. And I think this one is very boring. This guy does not only look ridiculous with this beard but also sings it much too slow. He gets the most of the notes, but I am missing the feeling of "miracle" in his acting and his voice. I'm sorry but this version is not that good at all.
Gave it a good shot, but something was lacking, that probably, though, could not have been avoided. Energy, excitement. Maybe due to age of performers and definitely, the arrangement. The beard is adorable and the Brit Accent interesting. Have you all not even heard a With age comes the sincerity, so persevere.
the scottish accent and the beard were a little funny, but better singing then a lot I've heard. Interesting choice to take it slow. I kind of like it. nice job
WOW. that beard was awful, and the song was WAY too slow. you couldve supported more on the high notes, but i think because the song was so slow it was harder to get the top notes out. the set was really good, couldnt you guys have afforded a decent beard artist or whatever its called?
The Girl did wonderful compared to the guy!!! That is the stupidest excuse for a beard that i have ever seen!!!! He sings ok but really needs to learn how to put energy into both his acting and his singing to be good. I give it a D

no energy, song was 2 slow in tempo, god some of the lines wrong! need 2 project the voice more , u were 2 interested in the audience than on ur future wife when in the film hes singing it 2 her?! im playing this role in december and love the song

this... sucks. hitting the notes doesn't matter if it's this boring. and the only choreography shown in this is so obviously choreographed. motel should be spontaneous and needs to act like things are unexpected. i bet tzeitel was good though.
and... i hope this guys british or something. because if not, his attempt at jewish is bad.
it was good but i prefer the one from the movie. this is my favorite song from it but when i preformed it for school, we did the school version whicch cut out all the good stuff!
