Not all training is the same. And not all training includes information about the many cleaners available and which is best.

There are no high voltage cables to be cleaned in consumer level electronics. These cleaners are for utility distribution cables.

SpliceMaster Cleaners aren't chlorinated solvents. They replace chlorinated solvents.
