1 it's a side effect of taking multiple rumble balls 1 after another

2 it produces to much strain on his body the longer he's in it the smaller the chance he'll recover from it.

3 he loses sense of self and becomes a berserker not being able to tell the difference between friend and foe..

so no He can't control Monster Point because it will kill him if he tries.
