Dave is one of the nicest, most humble guys ever....that's one thing I really respect about Maiden, they never let success go to their heads. They have a strong loyalty to their fans (and vice versa), and they have not forgotten their roots. Quite literally, the type of guys that would buy you a beer and shoot a game of pool with you. Thank God they don't have the "I am a ROCK STAR" image!
@JkSkins97 Gonna have to disagree with you on that one. If you can't tell the difference between Adrian's sweet, rigid, tone and tasty style, and Dave's glassy, smooth, warm solos, you obviously don't listen to enough Maiden. In any Maiden track with a solo, you can tell within the first 3 seconds who's playing if you listen to them.
He seems so down to earth and humble, not up his own arse like you get with alot of 'Rock Stars'. He's so chilled out and you can tell it's all about the music, so honest and real from the heart! and that's why Maiden Rule!!!:D

He's such a chilled guy...great. Not like some other musicians how demand a premium grade rib-eye steak, 3 bottles of pristine champagne and 5 indian half-naked dancers in the backstage.
Indeed my friend! He's definitely the opposite of the greedy 'Lars Ulrich' like musicians. While that false drummer is a star/celebrity (even he did great job in metal music with the early Metallica form) Dave is the modest musician I've ever heard to be interviewed. I think that of the most important, or perhaps the most important, quality that makes him such a great musician artist. It was a pleasure to hear him from the background as a simple person.
When I first clicked on this video, I saw that it was 10 minutes long. So I figured I'd just watch a couple of minutes for now, since I'm sitting here in the office. But before I knew it, I ended up watching the whole thing! Dave is such a straightforward and genial guy. He has such a command of the guitar, but when you meet him face to face like this, he doesn't act like he's a god or royalty. He is a great asset to the heavy metal community.
I just love listening to him, he has such a relaxed voice :D

@JkSkins97 Gonna have to disagree with you on that one. If you can't tell the difference between Adrian's sweet, rigid, tone and tasty style, and Dave's glassy, smooth, warm solos, you obviously don't listen to enough Maiden. In any Maiden track with a solo, you can tell within the first 3 seconds who's playing if you listen to them.

He seems so down to earth and humble, not up his own arse like you get with alot of 'Rock Stars'. He's so chilled out and you can tell it's all about the music, so honest and real from the heart! and that's why Maiden Rule!!!:D

Indeed my friend! He's definitely the opposite of the greedy 'Lars Ulrich' like musicians. While that false drummer is a star/celebrity (even he did great job in metal music with the early Metallica form) Dave is the modest musician I've ever heard to be interviewed. I think that of the most important, or perhaps the most important, quality that makes him such a great musician artist. It was a pleasure to hear him from the background as a simple person.

When I first clicked on this video, I saw that it was 10 minutes long. So I figured I'd just watch a couple of minutes for now, since I'm sitting here in the office. But before I knew it, I ended up watching the whole thing! Dave is such a straightforward and genial guy. He has such a command of the guitar, but when you meet him face to face like this, he doesn't act like he's a god or royalty. He is a great asset to the heavy metal community.
