Very easy with Flash now, but this video was made with Flash 5 or something. Transparency was hardly supported with images, so I had to manually crop out the white background using the rectangle tool, which is why you only see about 3 frames of Mario's animation.

It's interesting to know that this video originally had audio, but Quicktime compressed the audio so much that it was simply unbearable to listen to, so I muted it altogether.
