What's the purpose of the roof? I mean it won't keep you dry in the rain, since if it's angled it'll still hit you. And whenever you leave the roof leans too, so it doesn't really seem that useful.

Ive seen some of those being used by parking meter Nazis to get around to all the cars parked at expired meters so they could stick more tickets on more cars,faster,

I was putting quarters in meters of people I didnt even know just to fuck with the meter nazis,and they called a real cop on me and told me if I didnt stop feeding quarters into the parking meters,they would bust me for obstruction of justice,yes,you heard me right,what BS!!!

On level ground they can do 40 mph. But going down a long hill I got all the way to 49! Not bad for 150cc I guess.
