@k5lta you got it all wrong. He has said in numerous interviews that he grew up with a rock and roll dad and started on guitar and then moved straight to the 5 stringed bass. Numb nuts! Study and know what you are talking about before looking like a complete and total dumb shit.

@slaytanicfan87 yes he can, he just fell into playing bass more, interview on blabbermouth as well as other sites. His dad had a band, and he picked up guitar first...then like the only one who has their facts straight, OoTZOMMoO, said when he and head began jamming out originally head got him to pick up bass, the fact that he started out on an instrument with more than 4 strings is why he picked up the 5 stinged bass. During the L.A.P.D days.
