Manchester cops violating someone's rights??? Nevah!!!! I've heard SEVERAL stories of them violating Constitutional rights. Just because you don't physically have your license doesn't make you unlicensed to drive a car. It's a shame how in order to defend your rights you need to have finances to protect yourself...

Concealed carry without a permit, if they were in fact doing so, is. Although they were in their own vehicle when they got hit with it. Two people minding their own business get hit by the law. We need to focus that attention on criminals... maybe then crime will go down in this country.

I've been thinking about going to a state that doesn't accept my CCW (which I'm almost embarrassed to have). I would like to challenge the idea that "bearing arms" needs to have any permission from the government. "where's your permit?" ... "it's called the 2nd amendment that says SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!". Do you want to infringe on it? I mean, am I wrong here or isn't a "permit" infringing on my right? Saying that the state is giving me that right?

Did this guy have a ccw? I live in nh too and have my CCW. I'm usually packing whenever i'm out. I heard that it is illegal in this state to have your pistol loaded while in a vehical. Mag. must be seperated from the pistol and placed in a quickly unobtainable distance from the firearm. ie your glove compartment.

It's illegal to have any weapon loaded in a vehicle. I've hunted there all of my life. The game wardens love to nail you if they catch you stepping out of a vehicle with a loaded weapon.

In Alabama any handgun in a car requires a conceal carry permit. Whether it is truly concealed on your person, in plain view on your side or sitting out in plain view on the dashboard. Weird.

in nm a car is an extension of your home, and you are not required to have a ccl to carry in your car
