yea - i attempt to write my own stuff, but the lyrics always come off sounding corny... i'm so bad at it!! I do have some piano stuff i've written that has potential to become good songs, but it's just like i said... the whole lyrics thing is so hard to get good at!

I know exactly what you mean by grooving on a song. (I'm still stuck on "Blue Skies" by Eta James, I did in college) Please tell me you are writing your own stuff too. You're too good to be wasted on cover tunes. (I would know... been there done that in cover tune central aka vegas)
