I hate how invincible this guy is, he jumps from 4 story building and lands in a squat stance, he crashes and his plane/car catches on fire and he still is in peak enough condition to barrel roll out of harms way. And the way he lands from a (as you say it is) four mile drop, its just soo fricken retarded!

There's a base right up the hill from the Reaper's Hideout. The helicopter is by the radio tower.
